6-30-35 LOUD LAUGHING AND TALKING AT MESS, CREATING DISTURBANCE. This man was laughing and talking with inmate #130-Keating, who sits next to him. I have noticed this before but was not positive who was creating disturbance. Report by Guard-Haboush. Action: Reprimanded and Warned. C.J. Shuttleworth Deputy Warden.
7-17-35 REFUSING TO WORK. The foreman told this man to shake out some clothes, which he refused to do. I asked him what was the matter and he said, "I did my job, and I am not going to do any more." When asked if he refused to do it he said, "Yes sir, I do Report by Guard-Steere. Action: Placed in solitary confinement on restricted diet until further orders. C.J. Shuttleworth, Deputy Warden.

9-7-35 WASTING GOOD FOOD. Did not eat his soup and the reason he gave was that there were worms in it. Soup was O.K. Report by A Dixon, Guard. Action:- To lose supper, Sept. 7th. C.J. Shuttleworth, Deputy.
9-24-35 SMOKING ON THE RANGE. This man was smoking after the first whistle had blown while he was standing on the gallery waiting for the whistle to march down to mess, which is violation of present rules. Report by Guard-Pepper. Action: Reprimanded and warned. C.J. Shuttleworth, Deputy Warden.
10-30-35 SUSPECT IN CONTRABAND MONEY CONSPIRACY. $25 was found by Mr. Faulk in the Laundry truck on elevator; information was that this inmate was sending it to #67-Montgomery. Young admits sending the money to Montgomery, who sent word to him to send it up. He said that it is the only money he seen or handled and he does not know where Montgomery got it. Report by C.J. 11-28-35 ALL PRIVILEGES RESTORED, EFFECTIVE THIS DATE. C.J. Shuttleworth, Deputy
1-26-36 JOINING IN STRIKE, SUSPECTED OF SABOTAGE. Having been reported by Jr. Officer Dixon as having dumped 400 lbs of vegetables in the vegetable room of the kitchen basement, before walking out on the strike, he was immediately placed in open solitary "D" Block, in a day or two later confessed dumping the vegetables. Report by C.J. Shuttleworth, Deputy Warden. Action: Placed in open solitary "D" Block. C.J. Shuttleworth, Deputy Warden.
1-24-36 This prisoner is a noise maker, insolent and is constantly trying to keep the other prisoners from going to their work. Report by Lieut. Culver.
1-24-36 This inmate called out in a very loud voice, when I came up on the gallery, "Here they come with some more of that sauerkraut". Report by Morrison, J.O.
