New Address Policy

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
FOR PREPARING ENVELOPE
FOR ALL OUTGOING CORRESPONDENCE

Effective this date the envelope used for outgoing correspondence must show in the upper left hand corner your return address.

Example:
Harry Doe
Box No. PMB 227-AZ
Alcatraz Island, California

In the lower right hand corner of the envelope you will find a number of lines headed by the word "to", those three lines are for the address of the correspondent and the address must be confined to those lines.

Example:
Mrs. John Doe
200 Main Street
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The practice heretofore in effect of putting the number in the upper right hand corner of the envelope will be discontinued this date.

All outgoing letters must be written from now on, in accordance with the instructions mentioned above. Letters received with envelope improperly prepared will be returned to you for correction.
